Under the tutelage of world-renowned retinal specialist Dr. David Meyer, Dr. Go had his two-year retina fellowship training at the University of Tennessee, Vitreoretinal Foundation. A year into the program, he was also tasked to train the other retina fellows of the program.

In addition, Dr. Go was also trained by the French ophthalmologist Dr. Alain Philippe Telandro of CAP Opthalmologie in Cannes, France.. Dr. Telandro is the specialist known for developing the advanced technique of multi-zone LASIK treatment which corrects presbyopia.

Dr. Rory King Go is an active member of American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery since 1995.
